 Attached is a patch that adds support in the core MythTV code to allow for
 jumping to a specific entry in a tree list based upon the first letter.
 The second patches utilizes this new method in the MythGame and MythMusic
 plugin using Ctrl+A through Ctrl+Z to perform the actual jump command.
