 Starting Live TV successfully plays the current channel. Any attempt to
 change the chanel by entering a number, using up and down keys or
 selecting from the EPG causes the playback to freeze on the current frame
 for 14 seconds then go blank in 7334. Later versions eventually show a
 dialog
 for the video failure but the frontend does not recover and both the
 frontend anbd backend need to be restarted.

 Up arrow should change the channel from the current 20 to the next 22.
 The frontend shows a freeze frame from 20.
