Log:

Make ProgramInfo::MakeUniqueKey() use chanid_recstartts since that is
unique so there's no need to put startts (progstart) and title in the
key.

Also get rid of unused variable in ProgramInfo::GetProgramAtDateTime()
to squelch a compiler warning.
