Log:

Remove last few references to CVS, add "thirdskip" and "nohead" options,
Add new options for selecting particular branches, tags or revisions.
e.g. osx-packager.pl --verbose --thirdskip --svnrev 7665
     osx-packager.pl --verbose --thirdskip --svnbranch release-0-18-fixes
There may be some crypric Subversion errors if a branch or tag
is checked out on top of a previous main trunk build,
but hopefully users will work out that a judicious rm -fr will fix this.
