1/ Right now the LiveTVChain is updated _after_ we get a signal lock on a
 channel change, if we don't get a signal lock this will freeze the
 frontend UI.

 2/ The dummy recording ends up in the real recording's file.

 3/ We don't jump past the dummy recording to the real recording when it
 starts.
