 I recompiled last night and used --disable-dvb-eit.  .. I still get the
 blocking issues.  When I did have EIT on, sometimes I would get "Got data
 from card (>500), but not always.  A few times the system was blocking
 when EIT was going on.  Sometimes EIT ran and everything ran just fine.

 I went back through 2 weeks of logs and went line by line through about 30
 (random) blocking sessions.  Every last IOBOUND session stopped when the
 schedular reported it had finished.  I had never noticed this before.  I
 don't think that expiring/deleting a file was is an issue, it was the
 reschedule that was done because a file was auto-expired and then
 rescheduled.
