 As far as I know, EIT is disabled.  I used to run the disable eit
 configure option, but I believe now it's disabled by default? (Is this
 correct?)  What (if any) other ways should I verify EIT is disabled?  I
 don't recall a setup option for this (But then I do remember a commit
 about one a week or so ago?).

 I have about a years worth of recording information on this particular
 system.  maybe I need to clean a db table?
