Comment:

 (In [7760]) Patch by 'gnassas' to improve usability of cidbcast program.
 Also
 adds a OSDNotifyTimeout setting and updates udpnotify to use it
 rather than a hardcoded value.  See cidbcast's --help for new --logfile
 and
 --phonebook options and the cidbcast README for phonebook usage info.

 Closes #552.
