Log:

starting the core rewrite.
 * move database variable code into .htaccess settings
 * optional mod_rewrite code to start testing replacement of the root file paths like scheduled_recordings.php -> /upcoming
 * better support for mythweb installed in subdirectories (needed for dealing with mod_rewrite and fake subdirectories)
