Log Message:
Some minor menu shuffling:
Move MythPhone to the info center so that the main menu doesn't have > 6 items on it. (I need to look at splitting out the info center stuff as well for folks running "unofficial" plugins)
Add an entry for the new mythcontrols plugin in the util menu.
