Log Message:
Replaced the FFRewRepos and TVRepositionLevel settings with a single
FFRewReposTime setting.  FFRewReposTime is essentially the desired
reaction time to be used when repositioning after a FF/Rew.  If you
don't want any repositioning, set it to 0.
