Log Message:
Another 8VSB slipping into John Pullans patch without the MINOR verison wrapper.  This fix is 
questionable, but should allow people to compile now.  I will email John as to why the switch 
is on the vsb struct.  Seems rather odd..  For non-atsc dvb cards it would always return "auto" 
as far as I can tell..
