./configure cleanup
* Moved defines for various config options up to .pro's that require the
  defines this is mostly for developers so that we can change config
  options without recompiling everything.
* Made XvMC-VLD default on when libXVMCW or libviaXvMC is available,
  I've been slowly making this possible as I worked on the xv/xvmc
  merge. I went through the code to tie up the remaining lose ends.
