Log Message:
Updates 1076 and 1077 should have checked for equality rather than set value
equal to. If you've run a build with a DB update in the meantime and see:

Database error was:
Duplicate column name 'dvb_hw_decoder'

then:

$ mysql -u mythtv -pmythtv -hmoktoo mythconverg
mysql> ALTER TABLE capturecard DROP COLUMN dvb_hw_decoder;

and try again.
