* Fix to VideoOutput::MoveResize() to use a tighter comparison when checking
  for displayAspect of 4:3 or 16:9.  Fix mentioned by Terry Barnaby on the
  mythtv-dev list.  Fix should allow 5:4 aspect displays to work properly
  instead of assuming they are 4:3.
