 I see the same thing.  Actually I noticed that if the quality level is at
 medium, I can get out of the section, but when I put it to "High", i then
 can't get out.  I have it set to "High" as default and make sure I don't
 end up in that box while selecting.  If I do, I hit "Back/Exit" and then
 re-enter the screen.
