Patch based on patch by Lucas Meijer.  Add RecordPreRoll to
PreviewPixmapOffset when determining secondsin value when grabbing the
preview pixmap.  If we pre-roll for X seconds, this tries to make sure
we don't grab the preview pixmap from the pre-roll portion.
