Log:

Adds a convenience method to SIParser that lets you set the
SI table standard with a string "atsc"/"dvb" instead of a 
SISTANDARD param. We store the sitype as such a string 
everywhere else so this just lets us get rid of a bunch
of duplicated code, esp in dvbchannel.
