 This patch adds options to the OSD menu to select the audio/subtitle
 tracks from a list. This also happens to let you watch DVD subtitles -
 although there's a bug in the decoder which means they don't look too
 good. I'll submit another patch for that once I'm happy with it.

 Note that a 'svn mv libs/libmythtv/mpeg/atscdescriptorsmap.cpp
 libs/libmyth/iso639.cpp' needs to be run before applying. Someone with
 access to ATSC stuff should probably check this doesn't break it, though
 I'm pretty sure it won't.
