Log:

add mythvideo_dir and mythvideo_url so that mythvideo download links actually work.
This stuff is seriously broken, and needs a better solution (maybe something via mod_rewrite?),
but at least it can now be made to work properly without too much serious hacking at the code.

users will need to edit conf.php and create the necessary mythvideo_url symlink.
