Log:

two major changes:

 * added db.php to handle database routines...  will slowly be
   replacing all mysql_() calls with $db calls.  Much nicer
   for debugging and future support of other database engines.
 * added database-based session handling and mythweb's first
   venture into storing its own database settings.
 * '''please note''' that conf.php has changed '''dramatically'''
   with regard to database login variable names, and you'll need
   reset these values.

also did some updates of error-handling routines, utils.php updates, 
and added a new "templates" directory for holding generic templates
that will hopefully give more informative messages about downtime.
