Change the blank frame detection brightness thresholds back to what they
were originally before the new "All" method was added.  The newer thresholds
were working fine for me, but not for some others.  This is probably due to
the fact that different capture cards have darker darks than others.
Eventually I'll probably try to auto-detect this and adjust these values
automatically in the code.
