* Add some more VERBOSE reporting messages to the transcoder to be printed if
  it exits with an error for any one of various reasons.

* Make the transcoder use ProgramInfo::GetPlaybackURL() so it can be used to
  transcode on remote machines as long as the remote machine has access to
  the filesystem the recordings are stored on (ie if it has access via NFS
  or if it is the NFS server itself where the recordings are stored).
