Log Message:
new way of handling commandline arguments -- should make adding a help
section easier, as well as checking to see if/which arguments were passed
in on the command line.
update ffmpeg exporter so that it actually checks with ffmpeg for supported
formats (hopefully no more random "unknown codec" errors now)
