Log Message:
fix noise_reduction default values in some ffmpeg modules
add 4:3 aspect to ffmpeg svcd
fix nuvinfo to default ALL nuv files to 4:3 aspect ratio because some mythtv
  dev thinks that no one cares about this and sets the aspect to 1:1 on all
  files regardless of the actual aspect.
multi-cpu support for ffmpeg
updated timestamp in the spec
