Log:

Make sure the UIRepeatedImageType always updates a non zero size rect.
Gets rid of the warning from MythThemedDialog about "something is 
requesting a screen update of zero size ...." in mythmusic when changing
tracks and you have a lot of tracks with zero star ratings.
