 Ive done some testing with both algo's side by side and looking at the
 timecodes generated at SetAudiotime and there is no difference for the
 test video I was using. using audio as timebase.
 thus I would conclude this is hardware/driver related.
 The long long change for GetAudioTime is good though but wont exhibit the
 indicated fault.
