 The attached patch does a few things:

 1) fixes a problem where it would create links for all files in the
 databse regardless of host
 2) adds a new 'verbose' option to print debugging messages, the new
 default is to not print anything (useful for cron jobs)
 3) adds a new 'sub' option that works in conjunction with the 'link'
 option to create a subdirectoy by title, and link in that directory for
 each title. The goal is to add a configurable 'sub' option so the user can
 choose what to sub on.
