Log:

Fixes another case in mpeg2fix where it would die because of invalid audio streams.  this should fix the issue reported by tralph11-at-yahoo.com
Support mp2 streams identified as mp3 (real mp3 streams may cause an issue tho.  I'd need a test case for those)
