Comment:

 I've installed SVN 8310 and am still having the same issue.  I decided to
 uncheck "Avoid conflicts between live TV and scheduled shows." to see if
 it would have an effect and it did!  I can now watch TV, but if a
 recording is schedule, I'm asked what I'd like to do.  With 6 tuners
 available, I shouldn't be asked...
