Log:

Fix a bug where ForgetHistory() could clear the duplicate flag
for different programids if the subtitle and description were
blank or were a match.

Added SetDupHistory() and added buttons to the previouslist to
clear (Allow re-record) or set (Never record) the duplicate flag
in oldrecorded.

Fix a bug where a rule who's type was changed to FindOne could
have a findid of "0" causing it to record multiple times.
