Log:

Yes, it looks like I finally got everything converted over to the new format.
I'm not entirely happy with this layout, but until I hear of a better way
to handle separate modules, themes and css skins, this is the best I could
come up with.

The toolbar still needs a bit of cleanup, as do the config files (esp. re
the new data directory and theme-specific ones), but at least the other theme
authors (Joe -- you're all clear for WAP/WML updates now) can now start
hacking on things again.
