 This should support manually switching inputs when using a diseqc switch
 using the 'C' key, or anytime SwitchTo is called, as requested by Daniel.

 Daniel had mentioned the specific case where the same channel number was
 available on multiple inputs of a switch, which should work now, though I
 can't verify it since I don't have a condition like this.  However, I have
 tested that you can use 'C' in LiveTV to switch inputs and it will switch
 to the last channel used on the next switch port.

 Also, when switching to a channel number, the recorder will prefer a
 channel on the current switch port over one on a different port (though it
 will obviously switch ports if the channel does not exist on the current
 one)
