Log:

Cleanup any inuseprogram entries with  recusage "Unknown" in
HouseKeeper::CleanupMyOldRecordings().  These shouldn't be occurring
anymore, but this code will just clean them up if there are any left around.

I believe this and the previous commit should fix the issues Adam Egger
was seeing with LiveTV recordings not autoexpiring as they should.  This
does not address the issue of "duplicate" recordings which are 1 second apart
and appear to be related to the DummyDTVRecorder.
