 Round about xmame v0.88, the xmame developers removed some of the joystick
 types. It didn't help
 that they didn't change the man page. But anyway. If someone uses an xmame
 greater then v0.87
 they will have trouble working with the xmame settings. This patch uses
 the xmame_minor number to
 determine which joystick types should be displayed to the user.

 BTW, the documentation associated to this was fixed in xmame v0.99. But
 that only came out
 a week ago.

 This patch is against the stable 0.18 branch as the svn HEAD will have a
 totally different
 emulator/game configuration system, making this patch irrelevant.
