Log Message:

MMX sanity.
Removed all the "#if i386" for testing for MMX.
I left in the "#ifdef i386" since they are in the filters and we need to
sync with outside code for those. To make sure all those MMX functions
are compiled I added i386 to the defines if MMX is enabled.
