Some minor things:
* Tell user how DirectFB is configured in ./configure
* Fix compiler warning in mpegstreamdata.h
* Define XVMC_VLD if USING_XVMC_VLD is not defined in XvMCSurfaceTypes
    this brings us closer to having one binary for normal XvMC and VLD
