Log Message:
first attempt at full cli enabling.  Queries should now be aware of $is_cli
  and NOT prompt for values if the script is running in cli mode (meaning, 
  someone passed in a title, starttime, etc).  use --confirm to force 
  nuvexport out of commandline mode when using title searches, etc.
