Log Message:

Make the debugging client more or less useful. Will now cycle between
auto-discovered mfds and update the display something close to properly.

Keys at this point are:

    arrows:         navigate tree
    enter/space:    play current file/playlist/etc.
    1:              cycle between available mfds (where music should be played)
    2:              stop playing on the "current" mfd.

WARNING: target in the build process has been changed from libmfe to
libmythmfe. Be careful you're not running an old libmfe instead of a freshly
built libmythmfe when you do a: mythfrontend mfe
