Log Message:
Xavier Hervy's mediamonitor_iso9660 patch.  This adds support for volume IDs to the CDROM device.
Also in this patch, the MediaDevice that generated the event is now passed to the callback. 

You will need to update and build MythMusic and MythDVD as well since the callback prototype has changed
