- Doug Larrick's new vsync & a/v sync consolidation patch.
  + Fixed preview vid playing back to fast
  + Fixed commercial/cutlist skipping breaking (bug in those, not the a/v sync stuff)
- Split up the commercial detection options to two settings screens to make them all fit.
