Patch by David Alden to rework the dialog box for changing the currently
    viewed recording group on the watch recordings screen.  Should be much
    more intuitive now and better reuse of existing Myth code.

Patch by Ian Forde to correct wording on Commercial Skip Method setting
    description on the settings page.

Change a bunch of tabs to spaces that I somehow committed in
    commercial_skip.cpp.
