Log Message:


Moved initial logo search code into CommDetect object.  Made CommDetect
    a friend of NuppelVideoPlayer to allow CommDetect logo search code
    to get access to needed info/methods from NVP.

Fixed minutes:seconds commercial skip times for cases where the seconds value
    was less than 10.  Fix negative skip amount display handling as well.
