Log Message:
Remove the temporary hack in ToggleRecord() now that ijr added a fix
in setRecordingType(). ToggleRecord now cycles correctly in the same
order as RecTypePriority().

Rest of J. Donavan Stanley's CommFree patch to allow marking channels as
	Commercial Free so we don't waste time scanning recordings from them
	for commercials.
