Log Message:
Massive overhaul of the menu structure. This is essentialy my "AltMenus" menu theme with a few minor modifications (like proper "depends" tags).

Important note:  The media library contains a single menu option for MythVideo.  This uses the "MythVideo" jump point to provide bring you into your default view of your videos.  You need to configure this if you don't want the gallery to be the default.
