Log Message:

Almost shock and awe.

mfe client that will dynamically connect to mfd's as they appear and
disappear, as well as dynamically update menus w.r.t content as it arrives.

Keypresses include M for menu, 1/C to cycle through available mfds, and 2/S
to stop playing audio on current mfd.
