EPG scrolling patch by avalanche at beyondmonkey dot com.
Bunch of small patches by Christian Hoenig (gui x/y offset in xinerama, make the
"can't write to video directory" error message more obvious, add s'more date
formats)
Fix two memory faults found by Geoffrey Hausheer/valgrind.
Retry the various wait()s (fixes Will Dormann's channel changing segfault).
Quick'n'dirty database upgrading.  Will be used for the profile patch soon. =)
