Log Message:
Set the read ahead thread fill_min to 1. Tested for over a week with
no problems. "readsallowed" is only false when the buffer is actually
zero. This prevents false EOFs. The effect of this change is that
the read ahead thread does not withhold 128000 or 256000 bytes of data
from the decoder. The result is a little quicker after seeks and 
channel changes and possibly fewer prebuffering pauses.
