Log Message:
Moved the dialogs from ViewScheduled to ProgramInfo so they can be
re-used elsewhere.
Moved some useful code from ProgLister to ProgramInfo so it can be
re-used elsewhere.
Changed ProgLister to use the new code in ProgramInfo and to show
accurate recording information.
