Log Message:

Enhanced blank frame commercial detection code.  Added ability to jump
backwards to previous commercial marker with 'Q' key.  Added post-record
thread to search for and flag commercials in video if AutoCommercialFlag
is turned on in database.  Added ability to jump forward to beginning of
next commercial break if not inside one.
